About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team at Sora Diana. You’ll play a key role in creating and delivering delicious vegan dishes that showcase the essence of Italian cuisine while bringing your own flair to the menu. If you love working in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail, and a passion for plant-based cooking, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality vegan dishes with a focus on Italian classics.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to develop and refine menu items.
- Ensure food preparation meets health and safety standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory ordering.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Bring creativity and innovation to daily specials and seasonal offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen (experience with vegan cooking is a bonus).
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- A passion for plant-based food and sustainability.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
